How can I dispute charges from two weeks ago?

I have a freelancer that ended up not being the same person that we interviewed. Unfortunately, it took us two weeks to figure it out. I was able to dispute the charges from last week which client immediately accepted, but now I want to dispute the charges from the first week. I don't see that option in Upwork. Please help.
