How can I pay individual designer without signing ongoing contract?

Perhaps someone can help me. I requested sample designs form designers and like to pay them,

Is there any way I can pay without signing an ongoing contract?

Hi Arun,

You can send an offer for a fixed price contract to your freelancer and once the freelancer is paid you can close your contract right away. 
You will be able to add the agreed budget in Escrow and the freelancer will be able to request a payment on the funded milestone. Thank you.
