Hi all
I hired a freelancer to perform some work and sent the contract, added payment method and once the job was completed - I was unable to see the outstanding amount in my account. I also ended the contract so the outstanding amount could be billed to me. However, my account still shows 'zero' as balance due (screenshot attached).
Wondering if anyone have some tips for me? or is it something at freelancer's end?

Was it fixed price or hourly?
Hourly contracts, regardless of close date, will be processed once the work week ends.
Fixed price you already put the money in escrow, so there is no "balance."

Hi Nabs,
I checked your account and it looks like you had an hourly contract with the freelancer. For hourly contracts, you are automatically invoiced for the hours that the freelancer logs. Standard hourly billing is logged via your freelancers' Work Diaries. You'll receive one invoice each week for your hourly contracts on Upwork. You can check this help article for more information.
