How can I message a freelancer to ensure he can do the scope of work I need before hiring him?

It is EASY to message a freelancer before hiring him. Follow these instructions:

- Create a job post with a BRIEF explanation of the job.

- Set the job post to be PRIVATE.

- Navigate to the freelancer's profile page.

- Click on the "Invite" button.

That's all you need to do!

Doing this is FREE. Doing this does NOT obligate you to hire any freelancer. Doing this gives you an opportunity to TALK about the project. If you don't think the freelancer is a good fit, don't hire him.
