he disputed refund and now accepts his mistake.. so i should be getting my money back???  or hes scamming me by saying he cant see it??

It sounds like you have a freelancer on your team who does not deserve to be on your team.

That freelancer does not deserve your continued attention or tutelage.

End the contract with him. Do not hire him again.

Assign his tasks to other members of your team.

He has accepted his mistake and now willing to give refund, but claims he cant "Find it".. Why are you still keeping my money in escrow?/
