Hi Han,

You can hire freelancers on hourly contracts and fixed price contracts. You can check out the guides I've linked here and see what type will be the best fit for your project/s.
Once you're ready, you will need to post a job and hire a freelancer on the job. Once an official contract is formed, you and your freelancer/s can communicate outside of Upwork as well.
