My Balance of $1,850 disappeared

Hi 

I had a balance of $1,850 in my account which has disappeared. There is no phone number on the site which I can call up. Upwork's chat facility proved rubbish in this regard. What options do I have. Do I have to go to the police for this.

Just wonder if anyone can help who has gone through similar experience.

How it disappeared? Check history, should be forced refund or so.

Don't try to call Upwork.

Don't try to use chatbot.

Talking to police would be a waste of your time, and theirs. The is not a police matter.

I checked and can see the funds in your available balance on my end. You can check this on your end in Reports > Transaction history. That said, I also see that you were able to submit a support ticket with our team. Please allow some time for them to review and they will assist you accordingly.
