My credit card is charged and the same is not reflecting in my upwork account

my credit card is showing payment made however upwork account is not showing the hiring and the contract

Thanks for reaching out to us. I checked and it seems that there were two recent transactions and you can check by going to Reports > Transactions. Both of these transactions were funded in the Escrow and you can check the contracts by going to Jobs > All Contracts. I paid 80$ yesterday for the illustrator which is deducted from my credit
card. However it did not show hired. So i paid 80$ again today to hire the
illustrator.
Can i get the initial 80$ back or keep it in the upwork account which i can
use for next milestone payment
