Need help with hire proposal

Last night I hired **Edited for Community Guidelines** and Upwork took my credit card number but she has not been notified and it shows I have no hires.

I checked your account and would like to confirm that your freelancer is not hired. You will need to send them an offer and once they`ve accepted the offer a contract will be formed.
