Payment fails despite correct data and sufficient funds

Hi,

for the last hire on Dec 3rd the payment worked perfectly, now for a new contract the payment constantly fails. Called the bank, all is good from their side. The data entered is correct and none missing. I cleared the browser cache, tried different browsers, followed all the tips here:

I have no idea what the issue could be - even tried the credit card from my colleague, which also failed.
