Paypal is associated with the maximum number of accounts - URGENT

Hi, I am a client. Whenever I try to add my PayPal account as a payment method, I get this message.

"Our records indicate that the payment method entered is already associated with the maximum number of accounts. Please add a different payment method."

Can a support representative please help me with this issue.

Thank you for your message. Could you please confirm if you are having this issue while adding Paypal as your withdrawal method or billing method?
