Receive the refund when a talent withdraws the offer

Hi,

After I posted my job, I sent an offer to a talent and made a full payment in the system. However, he turned down my offer. I want to hire another one. When can I receive the money that I paid to hire him in the system but he declined it?

Hi Dung, 

I checked your account and can confirm that the money in escrow was refunded to your credit card. Please know that refunds are always returned to the original billing method. It should be reflected in your account within five business days.
