Refund problem

Today I ended a contract with a freelancer,

they accepted the refund but I haven't received my money back.

Question: How long does this take? Will I receive the money to my bank account or what?

I think a refund takes about five days.

All transactions are five days and then the monies can be transferred to your bank account which typically takes another 1 to 3 days depending on your bank. Have a great day!
