Does Upwork support Payoneer cards as a billing method to pay freelancers?

Thank you for reaching out and raising this query here. We offer three billing methods available to clients. Unfortunately, Payoneer is not an option. You can use a Credit Card, PayPal, and Bank Account (ACH). You may visit this help article for more information and detailed instructions on adding billing methods to your account.

Thanks, Arjay! But, I don't have the option to add Paypal. How do I enable that?
