Hello,
i always get this message when i want pay my freelancer:
"We are sorry! We are experiencing a technical problem and cannot process your request right now. Please try again in a minute."
i tried everthing including using other web browsers etc.
please help me. Thank you.

Im having the exact same issue and cant create a support ticket. Im stuck!!!!
