Yes, I started on oDesk too. I've been working with discord for more than a year now. Nowadays, NFT games are so popular and though the crypto market is really tight at the moment, there are still NFT games that are planning to launch like this one https://discord.gg/tTdNKcRv

When it comes to their marketing, they're super active on Twitter. They also join other servers to promote. Not much on Social media like Facebook on Instagram though. I think most of them are organic followers.
