How is the conversion for proposals? If I send 300 proposals, how many jobs should I expect?

I am new to Upwork. So far, I have got no success. It seems that it will cost a lot to secure a good job on Upwork.

A proper boost where client sees your proposal is for 50 connects in my case. Doing maths, I will need to buy 15,000 connects to send 300 proposals. This will cost me around $2250. It is hard for me to make this investment at the moment.

Please give me your opinion on how many jobs I will be able to secure with 15,000 connects or 300 proposals.

Boosts mainly are a money loss. A lot of employees don't even read your
proposals. If there are already some 50 proposals do not waste your money.

you can contacr million but get just two invitations

and you can send one good proposal to the right person with examples for example and he can accept you

Nobody guarantees a job to you responding to your proposals. It depends of your professional and promotional skills. Only.

By the way, boost doesn't guarantee a job too...
