I suggest to take a learning path on upwork Academy to learn how to create a professional profile and you can know more about the terms and conditions of the site?

In addition, when you finish the learning path on Academy you will win more connects.

Welcome. As Abeer suggested, the best place to start is Upwork Academy (located on top or to the side) and choosing a learning path for practical tips.
