Impressive profile, I have also been in upwork through Elance for 11 years,

my problem is I am not getting any Interview/Invitation from long time may be a year,

I have been working on long term project on upwork, now need new job but no reply from any job I apply, like I am invisible, Please you can check my profile, really need help.

Hey Hamse,

Your profile looks good in general, I would basically do the following:

1. add a video if you can

2. add more portfolio items as they help show your skill set.

3. add certifications which resonate with your skill set and your niche

4. it would be a good idea to add more portfolio items, you may show up more in search

5. add a list of services in your initial description

6. continue to submit proposals to relevant jobs

7. work hard to build up your reviews / jss. Take on smaller jobs until you get better

8. keep working hard, keep learning and NEVER give up!

Hey Arslan, The key is to do the following:

1. make sure you have a complete profile

2. submit proposals when you are ready and content with your skills and profile

3. focus on smaller jobs initially and eventually, go to bigger jobs.

4. make sure clients are 100% happy and get good reviews / jss

5. continue to work hard and upskill

6. do everything you can to keep learning

In general, your profile looks OK and have a nice history on things here: 

1. add a video if you can, that will help with things.

2. it might be a good idea to add additional details in to your introduction (list of services, etc - not to many)

3. might be a good idea to add more portfolio items here also, a good idea

4. add built in certifications that Upwork support. if it matches your skill set of course.

Have a look and get started with these for now. Let me knwo when your ready and we can go from there,
