A guy ask me for refund after ending the contract

Well in past 2 days i am struggling with this client .. he asking for refund for his work after the contract ends .. he said his work is not completed properly just because other person didn't patch his work properly .. now he said he will file a case to upwork against me that i am not refunding his amount .. i was asking for my labourer .. i consumed more 300 hours in his work .. i already delieverd his work .. what to do .. i don't know how to case a file against him on upwork .. i have some evidence after the settlment he start harassing me on watsapp where do i show my evidence on upwork .. please help now he is harrasing me and on top he case file against me that he behave rudly to me

Thank you for your message. You have an option to ignore the refund request if you feel it is not warranted. If you choose to ignore it, we recommend that you let your client know the reason. Hopefully, this gets resolved soon.
