Account Suspended

Hello,
My upwork account has been suspended and I have been told that I have tampered with the upwork feedback system through fake feedback.
On my part, I want to say that I did nothing wrong. I saw a job in the "My Feeds" section related to my skills. I applied for the job, later after interview of me by the client named "Stella Nora", I was hired for the job and I successfully completed the order. But now Upwork has suspended my freelance account.
never ever in any contact with the mentioned client before nor i know anything about the client.
need help.
