Why my account is getting suspended, I am new to the upwork and only making my profile. How will I get approval with suspended account?

No, I am not creating multiple account. What i meant was my account suspended twice. Now issue is resolved. Thanks!

My account got approved but it says
Sorry, we were unable to save your application.
You can't submit a proposal because your account is suspended.
can you tell why this is happening again and again?
*Note i am not applying multiple account. I have only one account and getting suspended again and again.
