Account on hold

My account currently on hold, as it firstly said on the message because I changed my name, but I didn't, I already sent required docs: internation ID and bank statements with proof of residence.
It's almost three days gone since I've sent all information and I haven't get any reply, ticket number 31891432
It's frustrating me, I'm working on upwork since it was odesk and I was top rated almost those years.
