Another ID made in my name and verified

Hi there, 

My current ID was made by me in 2014, but a new ID in my name was made by an agency (Wizebrains) where I worked in 2020. That new ID is verified; however my current ID is unable to get the verified badge. 

Right now, I dont have any connection with the agency, and would like to work on my profile. Kindly provide the support for the same.

You can't have two profiles, you need to delete the second one.

I dont have access to the second one, as I am not working with them. Can you do it on your end, as I am the original person, I can still verify myself with all my government IDs.
