N/A means Not Available

That means the client hasn't left public feedback, likely because nothing was paid or they haven't yet. The client can still leave private feedback, or may already have done so. If nothing was paid, no feedback will be visible, but the private feedback can affect your JSS.

It means the client didn't leave any feedback yet. Or maybe he did but privately to Upwork, and even if it is not public, still it can affect your JSS.

What do you mean privately to upwork? In an email or something?
