Anyone else having a problem creating a portfolio project?

I have been trying for over an hour to create a portfolio project (a data viz) on my profile but Upwork keeps freezing in the active tab. All other tabs and programs are working fine. When I try to refresh my browser, it gives me the option to preview the portfolio entry and then I get a string of error messages and the portfolio entry is blank. I've done if four times and can't put anymore time into it tonight. Anyone else?
