Bank verification

I need help getting my bank account verified.  I tried to verify it and it said I need to contact support.  I can't even seem to figure out how to contact support.  Is anyone able to help me with this?

Hello Elizabeth,

You can contact support by clicking on the floating "Get Support" button on the lower right of the screen. You can also find it in the help center on your Upwork account. It will send your inquiry to an agent who will contact you by email.
