Billing method issue not able to attach card

I have tried to add my billing method using correct details. But upwork says contact your issuing bank or your bank details are incorrect.

I contacted my bank they say theres no issue from our side you can make the transaction.

But now upwork syas to many attempt to add the card.

What should i do?

Make PayPal account and link it to your upwork profile.
