I had an bad experience with client and he given me threat on dispute case "i will make sure to write a blog in ur name and picture  " As per i know its an violation to use someone image and name to write blog without any permission

Mediator already assisted for dispute, but this client wrote me this threat on the dispute case while it was going on. So does upwork have any violation thing? As he have written on upwork platefrom to harm my me and profile

A violation of what? Anyone can write a blog about just about anything. The only issue with using the image would be a copyright issue and only the owner of the copyright (the person who took the photo) could do something about that.
