My account has been suspended and to solve this I've created a new account, but since I realized that it is not allowed to have multiple accounts then I tried to close my 'suspended' account and it's done.
The problem is, now, as the new account has been created and active, I'm not sure whether that 'suspended' account has already been closed or not, and certainly I don't want to take a risk of getting my self in trouble being considered violating any terms in the future because of this.
Is there any way that I could confirm myself that the 'suspended' account has been closed, or even better could I be informed by Upwork on this?
