Can I(freelancer) and my ancle(Client) can use the same internet connection to work together?

Me and my uncle using the same network for internet connection. Can I make a bid on my uncles job proposal and work for him if I get selected? it will violate upwork guidlines?

An uncle, sitting in the same network with a nephew would never need to hire him through upwork. So i believe you already know the answer.
