Can not add new payoneer account

Hi, 

I try to exchange the get paid method payoneer account.  I have success remove account but when I try to add again it's alway add old account.

I have read some post that I need to contact payoneer to unlink accoun with upwork first.

There is other easy way to change withdrawn payoneer account?

Thanks for repsonse. I have found the solution for it's.

Problem is I have add payoneer for Agency too. To success change payoneer account must remove from agency first.
