Can not receive the password recovery email

When I am trying to log in to my Upwork account a massage shows that "your password has been compromised please reset your password" I am trying for 2 weeks almost but have not gotten any email link from resat mya password in my email account. this is not my account. i am using this account to send this massage to the community my email address is **Edited for community guidelines**
