Can't add manual time

Hi,

I can't seem to add manual time the "+" to add on the date is not available on the work diary. I am trying to add time for 5/22/22. Today is 5/25/22. Should that be an issue? Please advise. Thanks!

1. Client needs to allow manual hours

2. If you are allowed, you cannot add manual hours once the Billing period is over. May 22 belongs to the previous billing period, you cannot add it as you are in the new billing period (May 25)
