Can't receive direct contract payment

Hello and Good day,

For the past months have been using upwork direct contract feature perfectly, and I've been receiving payments without any issues. Just few days ago, one of my client tried to make a payment for the job I did for her, and she paid via her capital one card, the payment showed pending since 2days that she got no choice than to call bank, and bank made her realise the payment was declined from upwork, that should tell me to contact my merchant which is upwork.

Please, what could be wrong, could it be that I needed to do some sort of verification or what? I need an urgent answer thanks.
