Cannot Attach Files To Proposals

I made a complaint two weeks ago. I cannot attach PDF or docx files to any of my Upwork Proposals on the android app or even web browser.

I was contacted and assured the problem had been fixed but it is the same thing. 

I've included a screenshot of the error message.

Thank you for your message. Could you please try again after clearing Cookies and Cache on your browser? You can also try using a different browser and a different file if that resolves the issue. Feel free to message us if problems persist.
