I have received an email that I am given the monthly free connects but I did not get them on my account. Why is this happening?

Hi Aamna,
I checked and it doesn't look like your billing cycle will be renewing until April 27th. Please know that Connects are added to your account at the start of each billing cycle. You can find this date on your Memberships and Connects page under User Settings.
