Change my profile from agency to independent contractor/freelancer

I opened my Upwork profile as an agency but currently I am planning to work as an independent freelancer. How can change my profile from an agency to a freelancer?

End the current contract.

Close your agency

Continue working from your freelancer profile.

I do not have a seperate Upwork profile. The current agency profile is what I have. Also I have my ratings and reviews which I will loose if I close the agency profile.

Nonsense.

You already have a freelancer profile here and an agency here.

If you close the agency then you are left with the freelancer profile.
