Hello there,

Client gave me a good feedback but he gave low ratings? I know feedback can be changed when I enable client to change it? Will he able to change his rating(stars) too?

Clients can change public feedback (the stars and comments) but not the private feedback. As it is the private feedback that determines the JSS there is little point bothering the client to change the public feedback,

The stars ARE part of the public feedback. I wouldn't ask a client to change feedback , personally.
