Client cannot leave feedback

Hi there!

Client got an error while saving feedback. The feedback was not saved. Now the client cannot add it. I can not enable the client to edit it as the feedback was not saved.

Could Upwork enable the client to leave feedback or add the text from a client?

Hi Olha,

When a contract is closed you and your client will have 14 days to provide feedback for each other. Also, I would like to clarify that your client feedback will be hidden from you until you provide feedback as well or 14 days have passed. 

I checked the contract and can confirm that you still haven't provided feedback for your client. Please go to My Jobs > All Contracts > open the contract > Terms & Settings > click the button Give Feedback. Thank you.
