Client didn’t release the payment.

Hello,

I worked with a client he approved the main milestone and paid me, but after he send me another milestone for his another work. I delivered the work but he didn’t release the payment of second milestone. I messaged him but he unresponsive. Four months have passed but the client still hasn't paid me. What can I do now?

Was the second milestone funded?

If yes, did you submit your work with Submit work for payment?

If yes, where do you see the amount in your Report Overview here Reports Home Page - Upwork

Just submit a ticket to Upwork. If you deliver the job, why they don't pay you?
