Sure! If the client goes to the contract, then hits "Enable freelancer to change feedback", then the freelancer can do the same their end (All Contracts > Contract > Terms & Settings) and edit the previously left feedback.

Without the client's permission feedback can only be removed altogether, not changed. This would require contacting Support.
