Client is refusing to pay and coming up with new requirements

I started a project "Matching records using Python Code" and the client gave me an image to structure and fix the Python code according to the workflow mentioned in the image.

I did exactly the same and it took much of my time. And when it's time to release the payment. He said that the image is not exactly correct and I have to rework with his new requirements or he will cancel the project.

Initially he said, that there's a bug that needs to be fixed and we agreed on $70 since he said it's a bug. Later he told me that he used chat gpt to write that complex code which was never a bug and I have to rewrite the whole script.

Now, I have rewritten the whole thing and the code is working fine. But he came up with new requirements. Very disappointed.
