Client unresponsive

I have a client that disappeared weeks ago. We finished the job, he paid me, but just disappeared, and now is totally unresponsive, and I am pretty sure he will not respond at all. What do you suggest:

1. Closing contract on my own, risking getting no feedback?

2. Leaving it as a job in progress without any actual progress?

What is less harmfull, overall?

Both are completely harmless, so do what you like. Neither has any adverse effect.

How will the contract without feedback affect my JSS?

From Upwork:

"Contracts with a history of earnings but no feedback, whether closed or not, are mostly excluded from your JSS. However, if you have many contracts where no feedback has been given, it can impact your score (a little) negatively because it indicates some of your clients were dissatisfied."

One or two shouldn't be a problem.

As I said above, it won't.

I can show you a profile with over 80% "No feedback" contracts. And a 100% JSS.
