I have worked for a client for the last 24 days. it was a total of 24.10 hours. it was a WordPress development project. Everything was going right, I was doing work according to client feedback but suddenly on Jan 4 he asked me for a refund and ended up the contract. What should I do now? the whole time of work I am on a time tracker of Upwork app

Nothing. You will be paid for time you registered.
Keep eye at Upwork notification. If dispute will be started then follow Upwork team hints and answer quiestions.

Thanks for your suggestion. I have one more question. How can I cancel the refund request? I don't see any option to decline it.

So what to do now? if I don't give any refund, then the client will make a dispute right?
