Communicating with Potential Client -TOS Restrictions

Having received the pop-up warning recently, saying all communications before start of contract must stay on UW.  That contact information is not allowed either ... or something to that affect.

My question is this:

If a client wishes to speak by phone, or via online chat (NOT Loom) in order to discuss the details of their project, how do I accomplish this while staying within the TOS?

You have only 2 options: UW Messages and integrated to Messages Zoom. Nothing else allowed.
