Not sure if something like this is in place. So correct me if I'm wrong.
I apply for jobs and half of my proposals are not even viewed by the client. Or they post a job and never touch it again. Thinking that maybe something should be in place that if there is no view on your proposal on a job post in 30 days it refunds your connects. Or if that client does not hire anyone for that job. Because I feel like sometimes I buy 50$ for a bunch of connections and they end up going nowhere.

Upwork will never do this as they view freelancers as the new cash cow.

I just wrote in another thread that I think these clients failing to hire x number of times should be banned from the platform (for a certain period of time).
