I bought connections, they are visible in my account, but when viewing orders, the balance of the agency is visible

If you are an exclusive agency member, you can only send proposals under the agency and using the agency's connects.

Hi Yury,

I see that you have assigned your Upwork profile as an Exclusive member of your agency. As an exclusive member of the agency, you can only use your agency membership plan. Exclusive agency members can only work on contracts under their agency. For more information please check out this help article.
