Connects are not appearing in my account even though I'm being charged

Hello,

I'm looking for help. I'm being charged each month for connecting however I can't submit proposals. 

See in my account I have 40 connects, however when I go to submit a proposal it says I have 0 available. 

I really want to use upwork but I'm feeling very frustrated that I'm paying and not able to apply for jobs.

Hi Pete,

I checked your account and it looks like you are an exclusive member of your agency. As an exclusive member, you work on Upwork only as part of their agency. This is the most common type of agency relationship. Your profile and proposals are branded with the agency to make the agency’s part in the working relationship clear to clients. All contract payments are paid out to the agency. You can check this help article for more information.
