Connects not given

Hi. Needed some help to know what is happening.
This week ive send proposal and 2 of them replied on what ive send. I assume i can get the 20free connects after 1-2days they sned interview back on me and send my response even they dont yet hired me

Hi. Yes. The interview last night was given to me.but the connects for
wednesday last january27 was not given. Jt was from 2clients
